If you are interested, we will offer you purchase licenses for our software solutions. These licenses are valid for an unlimited period of time. The associated maintenance contract must be concluded separately and is mandatory for the first year after the licenses are purchased. After that, the maintenance contract can be renewed annually. It is also possible to convert the subscription model into a purchase license after the minimum contract period of 12 months has expired.

The standard contract term is 12 months. However, we will be happy to provide you with an individual offer for different contract terms of 2 to 5 years on request.

Up to 20,000 devices can be monitored per system. From the second system onwards, our multisite concept comes into play. Several systems are linked directly with each other. This makes guardstack infinitely scalable.

You can cancel our subscription packages with a notice period of 3 months to the end of the contract term.

Thanks to automatic device detection and ready-made templates, guardstack can be up and running within a day. Administrators are also trained during installation. In addition, no more than 1-3 days of training are usually required.

guardstack is regularly maintained and adapted to new market requirements. The subscription model gives our customers access to the latest software versions and our customer support. Comprehensive documentation of all functions is also available.
